For larger number group bookings from vacation care
Service Description
*$18 per skater (1 hour) *minimum 10 people required *1 hour skating *skate hire and safety padding-if required *cold water to refill your drink bottles *private booth area, separate from the public *staff will assist with fitting skates and safety padding *if time permits staff will run a rink game for skaters. *Add a second hour for just $7! (that's 2 hours for $25-usually $27) OOSH group supervising staff may skate with the group, as long as this does not impede with their duties. this will cost $5 for each staff. Booked Groups may also use the skateboard area (separate area) but will need to supervise any skaters in the area. Also the booking fee only covers one hire choice between skates OR skateboards. Use of both incurs an extra fee. ($5per hire) The skate hire includes a choice between roller-skates or rollerblades/ inline skates. *if you require an account to pay an invoice- you will need to pay a booking deposit fee of $50, which will be deducted from your balance on the day of payment. Contact us at Planet Skate to set up an account first. We require payment on or before the day of the activity, so an account WILL need to be started if you cannot pay until after the event. PLEASE BE ADVISED- it can be difficult for educators to get all children fitted into safety padding and skates in an efficient timeframe. A minimum of 2-3 minutes per child should be allocated for groups of more than 20. For this reason, we do not recommend visits less than 2hours for larger groups. Please understand that we do not enforce safety padding as this is a choice made and set out by your OOSH group manager or facility protocols. Please ensure your staff are familiar with these protocols before arrival to Planet Skate. Food is not allowed to be brought into Planet Skate with the exception of water and fruit. Please be advised that you may not bring and eat food in Planet Skate without prior arrangements and a food waiver must be signed. Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us no less than 48 hours before the booking date for a general session. Cancellations within 48 hours of event will be charged $5 handling and account transaction fee and will not receive a full refund. Credit may be applied to voucher or paid session may be rescheduled for future use. All participants must sign a waiver or be signed in by a guardian/parent. SHOES MUST BE WORN INTO BUILDING.
