Service Description
-All parties include: * cold filtered water, *cups and napkins, *popcorn, *games run by staff, *party seating in private booth, *2 hour rollerskate session, *skate hire and optional safety gear. PREMIUM* PARTY PACKAGE $329 for 10 people *includes everything above in STANDARD party but also includes: *half hour disco, with house lights off *4x pizzas. *2x Jugs of soft drinks. Additional people $17.50 p/p, no extra food and beverages included. -Place your order when you book- Pizza selection: Margherita, Hawaiian, Ham and Cheese, Supreme, Meat Lovers, Vegetarian, Spinach and Feta Jugs of soft drink: Cola, Lemonade, Orange, Raspberry *ALL FOOD AND JUGS OF SOFT DRINK must be ordered 72 hours before party to guarantee selection. -All parties are run as 2 hour sessions, preferably at session times, but accomodations can be made with prior arrangement. -Strictly no outside food or drink to be consumed, unless otherwise discussed with management prior to event. -Water and Fruit are allowed, food for allergy sufferers only allowed. -Parties may set up no more than 10 minutes prior to booking time. -Saturday disco session restricted to parties for turning 16 and over. This is our ONLY ADULTS orientated session. Please no children under 14 years old as guests for this session. -All participants are asked to sign a waiver before the start of activity. If under 18, participants require a parent or guardian to sign on their behalf. -Children must be supervised at all times. -SHOES AND SOCKS MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES, NO BARE FEET! -STRICTLY NO ALCOHOL AT ANY TIME.
Cancellation Policy
*To cancel or reschedule please contact Planet Skate not less than 72 hours before the booked event. A refund fee will be charged if refund sought after this notice time.Booking deposit may be held to cover costs of pre-ordered catering or staff if party is cancelled. Credit may be redeemed via voucher or future scheduling if agreed to and organised in advance of party date. *NO FOOD OR DRINKS MAY BE BROUGHT INTO PLANET SKATE. *You can order platters and add-ons for your party. If unsure talk to staff. Planet Skate have a food liability waiver for you to sign if you wish to bring a birthday cake, however no other food may be brought in for your party. Please speak to staff if you have any dietary concerns. *Participants will need to bring socks or may be denied use of hire socks. +Booking parties may bring decorations but will have to take any single use plastic when they leave. In respect for other who may be sensitive, no noise-makers can be used or gifted to party guests for use. This includes but is not limited to Party Blowers, crackers or whistles.
